We are available to provide inputs to conferences where key messages need to be conveyed in an articulate and motivational way. Recently this service has been delivered in areas including ‘Managing Staff Performance’ at Head & Deputy head teachers’ conferences and launching new systems and processes such as behavioural frameworks and performance reviews.
Coaching and 1-2-1
Where more individual development is needed we can provided personalised or small team coaching. We have particular strengths in working with newly promoted managers, team leaders or supervisors who face some of the biggest challenges when dealing with difficult workplace issues.
Bespoke Training Films
Working closely with our partners at Dream Time Film, we produce bespoke training films for business and organisations. The films are extremely successful in terms of learning and development as the learners see their own work systems, processes and environment being featured. This helps increases the relevance and requirement for the training and is highly effective in terms of increasing the commercial value and returns on investment.
